The Inn at Silver Maple Farm has been featured in leading publications since the day it first welcomed travelers. In a cover story entitled, "The Un-Hamptons," New York magazine called us, a "beautifully converted post-and-beam barn with homey rooms and suites." In a front-page Travel story in the Los Angeles Times, readers were invited to visit our "handsomely transformed...rambling inn," to which we bring "undemanding friendliness and real New York bagels, imported from that premier emporium, H&H Bagels..." The Boston Globe entreated readers to "decompress in the Great Room or on the cedar deck that wraps around a 200-year-old maple," and added, "Apple pie pancakes are a breakfast treat.
