Breakfast. Served in the Great Room by the fireplace or next to the windows with the red barn in the distance. The breakfast buffet is laden with fresh fruit, homemade granola, authentic NY bagels, local yogurt and Inn-baked muffins, bread or coffeecake. To this add a hot dish like lemon ricotta pancakes or a clafouti of apples and cranberries or a rolled spinach and cheese souffle. And at teatime enjoy a cup of tea with our famous warm-from-the-oven chocolate chip cookies.
